I am a male white #shihtzu mix. The shelter thinks I am about 12 YEARS old. 14lbs.

Well …we hardly know what to say. For starters though to see this #handsome dog in such a state when surrendered, is so #sad. To have such a #beautiful dog and allow him to get so disheveled and probably has for a long timed is completely wrong. He was completely matted and that has to hurt him. He also has an unresolved infection and mobility issues on his left hind side. How on #earth did he come in to the Manhattan Center as a #stray if he couldn’t #walk? Sarek’s been through a lot. He’s suffered #neglect, possibly being dumped and he’s done nothing to deserve any of it. He’s seven years old and deserves to be treated like the little #Prince he is. Instead, he’s being featured on the “At Risk List” and will never make it out of there #alive unless someone offers him a place in their home. Sarek is patiently waiting..please don’t make him wait too long. His time has run out.
